01The short version

We collect the details you type into an enquiry form so a person can reply to you. We do not sell that information, we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for, and we do not share it with anyone outside the people working on your enquiry.

02What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or contact form we store what you entered:

• Your name and email address
• Your phone number, if you provide one
• The service and budget band you selected, if any
• The message you wrote
• The date and time of submission

Our server keeps standard web logs — IP address, browser user agent, the pages requested — as almost every web server does. Those are used for security and diagnosing faults.

03Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry, to prepare a written scope if you ask for one, and to keep a record of what was agreed. If we work together, we keep the correspondence for the duration of the engagement and for as long afterwards as tax and contract records require.

If an enquiry does not lead to work, we delete it once the conversation has clearly ended.

04Cookies

The public site sets one cookie: a session cookie used to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. It carries no personal information and expires when you close the browser. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site by default.

If analytics or advertising tags are added later, this section will be updated to name them before they go live.

05Who else sees it

Your enquiry is stored on the server that runs this website and is read by the people at Trigon IT Solutions handling it. We use a hosting provider to run that server, and an email provider to deliver the notification. They process the data on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for anything else.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.

06Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email us and we will act on it within 30 days. There is nothing to justify and no form to fill in.

07Security

Form submissions are protected against cross-site request forgery, and administrative access to the site requires credentials held outside the website itself. No system is perfect; if we ever become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will tell you.

08Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use information already collected will be notified to affected clients directly.
