Retainers

Three tracks, different speeds

A build ships on milestones, search compounds monthly, paid moves weekly. They run on separate clocks around the same product — which is why we report on them separately and plan them together.

  • Build — reviewable increments
  • Search — measured monthly
  • Paid — adjusted weekly

FAQs

Before you send the brief

The four things people ask us most often, answered without a sales layer on top.

What technologies do you build with?

On the back end: PHP and Laravel, Node.js for service work, MySQL for data and Redis for caching and queues. On the front end: TypeScript with React, Vue or Next.js, styled with Tailwind. WordPress for content platforms, Shopify where commerce is the whole product, and cross-platform builds for mobile. Delivery runs on Docker, AWS and Git. On the search side the toolset is the standard one — Search Console, crawl tooling, Core Web Vitals field data, Google Ads and Meta. We pick from that list based on what the brief needs, not on what we most enjoy writing.

Can a custom PHP application connect to WordPress?

Yes, and it is a common shape for our work. WordPress handles the pages a marketing team edits; a Laravel or PHP application handles accounts, transactions and business logic behind it. The two talk over a documented API and share one design system, so the join is invisible to the visitor.

What happens after I press Enquire Now?

A person reads your brief — not an autoresponder. We reply within one working day with either a short set of clarifying questions or a proposed call. From there you get a written scope covering approach, milestones and cost before any build begins. No obligation attaches to the scope document.

Which time zone does your support run in?

The team works from Noida / NCR on IST (UTC +5:30), Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 19:00. Retainer and maintenance clients get an agreed response window that overlaps their own working hours, including UK and US East Coast schedules.
